A little help.

Your answer might already be here.

How do I install my eSIM?

Open the secure link in your delivery email for your QR code, Apple installation link and manual installation details. Use an internet connection during installation.

My eSIM won’t connect

Select your travel eSIM for mobile data and enable data roaming only for that eSIM. Check that you are within your plan’s coverage area, then restart your device.

Where is my order?

Check your spam and promotions folders for your order or delivery email. Use the secure link in that email to reopen your order details.
